Pokemon Diamond and Pearl
Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl are the latest Pokemon games to come out and they are strictly for the Nintendo DS console. They are developed by Game Freak and Published by Nintendo.
There are many new things about these versions of Pokemon games. The biggest feature is internet play over the Nintendo wifi network. This allows you to play wirelessly against friends and is a great addition. The games were released in 2007 in America and sold over one million copies within its first 5 days!
These games take place in Sinnoh. Sinnoh is based on Hokkaido in Japan. The game also contains over one hundred new Pokemon (107 to be exact) and has you start out as a new Pokemon trainer on your way to the Pokemon League Championship. Twinleaf town is the town you start in and your main enemy is Team Galactic. This game also features a Night and Day feature.
